Bir zamanların saygın yargıcı, şimdi felç geçirmiş bedeniyle izole edilmiş bir huzurevinde sıkışıp kalmış durumda. Ancak burada sakin bir yaşam sürmek yerine, beklenmedik bir durumla karşı karşıya kalır. Huzurevinin sakinlerini, bir çocuk kuklası aracılığıyla korkunç oyunlara alet eden yaşlı bir psikopatı durdurmak zorundadır. Bu sıra dışı konu, izleyicileri hem duygusal hem de gerilim dolu bir yolculuğa çıkarıyor. Film, izole edilmiş bu ortamda geçen ve karakterlerin iç dünyalarına derinlemesine bir bakış sunuyor. Yaşlı yargıcın, bedensel engellerine rağmen adaleti sağlama çabası, izleyiciye insan iradesinin ve azminin sınırlarını sorgulatıyor. Ölüm kalım meselelerine dönüşen bu mücadele, filmin temposunu arttırarak sinemaseverleri ekran başına kilitliyor. Huzurevi gibi kapalı bir mekanda geçmesine rağmen, filmdeki gerilim ve duygu yoğunluğu her sahneyle artarak devam ediyor.
